Partnerships

Trusted News Compass considers collaborations that suit a publication about news literacy and respect readers' ability to make up their own minds. Any proposed arrangement is assessed for relevance, clarity and a clean separation from editorial judgment.

Possible collaborations

Proposals may include clearly labelled partner placements across the site, sponsorship of a defined editorial-adjacent feature or an educational collaboration related to reading news. We consider the subject, intended audience and exact placement before agreeing to anything.

How placements are labelled

Paid and partner material is identified in plain language where readers encounter it. A placement is not presented as independent reporting, and a partnership does not guarantee coverage, favourable treatment or an editorial recommendation.

Make a proposal

Use the Contact page and select the partnership option. Describe the organisation or project, the proposed format, the audience and any relevant commercial relationship. We do not imply an existing partnership unless one has been agreed.

Our point of view

A headline is a starting point

News becomes easier to assess when we slow down, look at the underlying material and notice what remains uncertain.
